Hi. I’m Holly Crowder. Mom, Leadership Coach, Coffee Drinker, Business Coach, Strategic Partner, Executive Coach, and HR Consultant.
I spent 24 years at the design build firm The Beck Group (yes, wearing a hard hat). The first half of my career was building commercial buildings, but I found the work that excited me the most was building teams, and building people’s careers.
I transitioned into Human Resources to follow my passion for guiding leaders to the next level. Helping people find their way has been a part of who I am... even if I didn't know it at that time.
Today I work with leaders who struggle to find the next step in their life and career, and are ready to find their best path forward.
Throughout the last decade in Human Resources, and with my SHRM CP and HR CI certification, and International Coaching Federation Certified Professional Coach credentials, I have worked with hundreds of leaders to help find their paths.

Growing up, my favorite poem was “The Road Not Taken” by Robert Frost. We don’t always know where the path we take may lead. However, I always felt it was important to be willing to take the road not traveled.
My business name, Unbounded Path, came from the idea that “unbounded” means limitless. My path is helping people figure out what their path is, and helping them shape it going forward.

My Coaching Process
We will have monthly check-ins, and I’ll text you mid-month to see how you are doing, and where you need help. If you live in Dallas-Fort Worth, our monthly meetings can be at your office, or in a coffee shop (coffee is an integral part of every one of my mornings.) If you prefer, we can meet remotely. We may spend one hour, or a few, depending on what you want to talk about. I’ll come prepared with resources to turn your ideas into action.
I have a holistic philosophy: I want you to be growing professionally, as well as personally.
In our conversations together, I want you to come away feeling energized and ready to tackle your challenges. I always take a collaborative approach: I’ll solve problems with you, not for you.
